Please read the following terms and conditions closely before ordering from CCTV4sale.com. By accessing, browsing, and using this Site and the hardware it's hosted on, you (Visitor) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Please note terms are VISA,Mastercard or AMEX in the United States. Outside the United States terms are "T/T" (Wire Transfer),Money Order or Western Union.Government Agencies and Universities may Download a Credit Application and a CCTV4sale.com Order Form.

Note: CCTV4sale.com protects our customers information by the use of secure server software. When an order is placed the secure server software encrypts all the information you input prior to being sent to us.

Please note all sales are Final. As a policy, CCTV4sale.com does not ship to addresses other than the "Bill To" address unless the order is being shipped to your job or to an alternate business address. Please provide company name if applicable. To expedite the processing of your order, you must provide the billing address where you receive your credit card statement. Otherwise your order may be delayed.
SALES TAX

CCTV4sale.com is required to collect applicable sales tax on transactions shipping to the states of New Jersey and New York as required by law. All new customers are assumed to be taxable unless valid documentation stating otherwise is provided. Valid documentation includes a resale or exemption certificate issued by the State, completed, and signed by you. It must include your State assigned resale/exemption number. Your written statement claiming resale or exemption status is insufficient. To claim non-taxable status, we must have a properly completed state issued document from all states listed above to which you ship merchandise.

Any taxes that appear on your online order are a very close approximate if not in most all cases exact. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect all the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is actually shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Please keep all original packaging! We will only accept a return if returned in original boxes that you received it in. All products, EXCEPT software, Recorders, Printers, and any other unit that records time or has a counter may be returned for exchange within 10 days from date of delivery (the products must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used, with all manufacturers included accessories). Please contact us via e-mail, call us at 718-666-2964 or 917-601-0002 for a return authorization number, please include your original order number and invoice number with all correspondence. You will be given a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to ship. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. A return authorization number will be issued by Cctv4sale.com and must accompany all returns. Items returned for credit will be rejected if no authorization number has been issued or freight has not been prepaid. Items returned for restocking are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Return Authorizations are valid for 10 days from the date issued. All products returned must be in original packaging, and include all reference materials included in the original package.
